Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

Divya Ayurved ships BrainHerbs® to almost all parts of India.

1. Shipping is free. It is valid for a limited time period.
2. *Estimated delivery time is 4 to 6 business days post shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays).
3. All orders are sent out on the same day or the next day. If you place your order on the weekend or a public holiday, then it will be sent out on the next normal working day.
4. Once the payment is confirmed and the order is processed, you will receive a tracking id within 48 hours of your order being sent out to check the status of your BrainHerbs®.

* The delivery time estimates may vary slightly from State to State. Days are calculated as working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. However, there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistic challenges beyond our control, for which we are not liable. We would request you to co-operate as we are continuously working towards fulfilling your order on time.

Returns / Refund / Cancellation Policy:

If you’ve ordered something by mistake or changed your mind, then returning unused  items is easy. Simply contact our friendly customer support team or email us on brainherbs.in@gmail.com at your earliest after receiving your order.

They will give you the appropriate address and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s) to us. You will have to pay for return postage and when we get the items back we will issue you a refund in your account, less our shipping costs.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

IF YOU ARE A FIRST CONSUMER, BEFORE REQUESTING A REFUND, YOU SHOULD GO FOR A 2 WEEK’S TRIAL PACK as per the directions for use on bottle. Assess your results but please note that for best results, all supplements should be used in conjunction with a healthy lifestyle, including a healthy diet and regular exercise. Please also note that refund is only given to the first consumer having a combo of trial pack and a bottle of BrainHerbs®. You cannot claim a refund on the additional bottles.

Refund of unused products need to be communicated with 30 days and reach our warehouse within 30 days from the date of courier of the original order. Courier charges of the same needs to be borne by customer. Customers need to share the details of couriers of products that they intend to refund with us.

If you have purchased multiple items, you can request a return for a partial quantity. If multiple items are purchased in an offer/scheme then return for a partial quantity will be possible as per the cost of individual item. But shipment charges of the same needs to be borne by customer. Returns must be received back into the warehouse within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Replacement also can be claimed. Customer must inform and update the things on email immediately. Replacement would be sent to customers when the products that need to be replaced are sent from the customers and they share the details of couriers with us. The replacement of parcels would reach the customers within 5-7 working days from the date of courier.

We send the replacement as soon as we receive the item from our courier partner. Replacement is subject to availability of stock with us. In case a replacement is not available, we will refund the amount for the same. In a few cases, we ensure that pickup is arranged at the earliest and we ship the replacement as soon as we receive the item from our courier partner.

Returns are not possible in the following cases:

    • Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
    • Products with tampered condition.

Our return system is very easy to use:

• To claim your refund, YOU MUST FIRST email us at brainherbs.in@gmail.com. We will give you detailed instructions on how to make your return, along with a return address
• Any claim must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. This gives you time to use a 2 week’s trial pack and assess your results.
• You must supply your full name, address and invoice number.
• Unused bottle of the product must be returned to the address.
• You must use a courier service that requires a signature for delivery. We cannot refund you for items that are not returned to us or are lost in the mail
• You will be refunded minus the shipping costs

If you fail to comply with ANY of the above conditions, we will not be obliged to give you a refund.
